How do you want to get there?
WEEK 1 - 14/1/26 - The Pillars of Improvisation
Listen, accept, commit. Intro into working together to build a story in the most simple and non scary way. This will be based on listening to each other, accepting each other's offers and building trust by committing to those offers.
WEEK 2 -21/1/26 - Exploration of 'the scene'
First building blocks of scene work; learning about the circle of expectation and building scenes by engaging with your scene partner. We aim to remove the need to “generate” anything and encourage playful team work. Making clear, simple offers is always the way to go.
WEEK 3 - 28/1/26 - Mining the offer
Mining the offer; using the work from week two we learn how to build on the first offer that is made and not feel the need to keep generating content.
