Improvisation Session for Queers and Allies

Eleanor began attending laughter clubs over 2 years ago and has been leading her own for over a year at the royal festival hall and to various different groups of people through charities including refugees at Southwark Refugee Project, homeless people at the Single Homelessness Project and Mental health Patients at the Dragon Cafe run by Mental Fight Club.

This will be an improvisation session suitable for any level including beginners. We will start with icebreakers and warm up games for about the first hour then do some scene games after a short break.Benefits of improvisation include: Increased Confidence. Improved Public Speaking Skills. Gained Comfort in Social Settings. Refined Brainstorming Abilities. Improved Listening and Observation Skills. Enhanced Creative-Thinking Abilities. Improved Decision-Making Skills. Team Development Skills. The session will end about 7pm but please stay and socialise afterwards. This session is about letting go, having a chance to play and forget the stresses of life. It will be great for increasing confidence, meeting new people and having lots of fun.
