Vice Admiral Sir Ben Key is Commander of Joint Operations for the Ministry of Defence.

Sir Ben will talk about his experience of the changing nature of leadership when taking on greater responsibility, how this has influenced his approach to leadership of teams and organisations, and how it is OK to be vulnerable inside, yet also have confidence that you have been selected for the role.
