The Growing Diversity project and Gressenhall Community Tree Nursery are offering a wonderful opportunity to learn the key tasks involved in growing trees within a Community Tree Nursery. Read on below to find out more about what will be included in this workshop on the 18th May. The workshop is from 10-1/1.30 and there is the optional practical session after lunch between 2-4pm where you can learn the practical skills and take part in some work with the CTN.

The Growing Diversity project is a partnership initiative between the Woodland Trust and Fellowship of the Trees, funded by the Forestry Commission's Tree Production Innovation Fund. In particular the project aims to strengthen and support CTNs to grow more of the 'hard to source and grow species, thereby diversifying tree production in CTNs generally.
