About this event
This is an inclusive session for riders with physical and learning disabilities, or other additional needs, which uses BMX, mountain bikes & some adapted bikes such as hand bikes and trikes.
We and the National Cycling Centre will try to make the sessions as accessible as possible but please note that the session is best suited to those who already enjoy cycling and would like to try the ramps. You can find more details about the track in the FAQs section below.
There will be a qualified BMX coach present and the bike, full face helmet, pads and gloves will be provided.
Siblings without SEND are welcome to join.

The session is laid back and fun and uses the sprint straight for a warm up (flat area) before going on to the 3rd/4th straight of the BMX track. The 1st/2nd straights may also be used and also the 5m Start Hill, if the riders are competent, but adapted bikes are not permitted on these areas.
