Walking to the Main EntranceIf you use the main entrance, you will follow a straight path that leads to sliding glass doors. 3. Entering the hotel lobbyWhen you step inside, you will be in the lobby. 4. The sign‑in areaFrom the lobby, you will walk to a space where the sign‑in table will be set up.In this area:There is a sofa you can sit on if you need a break.The space is open and calm.There is a small staircase of four steps leading up to the next level, with handrails on both sides.Event staff will be here to welcome you and help you sign in. We will also give you a map of the event so you can see where all the stands are and information about the businesses 5. Going up the stepsWhen you are ready:You can walk up the short staircase.At the top, there are glass doors. 6. Turning right into the corridorAfter passing through the glass doors, you will turn right to enter the corridor that leads to the event room.The toilets are also located here, close to the event room. 7. Accessible parking and entranceIf you need step‑free access, you can avoid the main entrance and steps.Here is how:When entering the car park, turn right instead of left.This takes you to the back of the building.You can park close to a door that leads directly into the event area.This door is level, with no steps to navigate. You can enter through this door 8. Using the liftIf you would like or need to use a lift instead of stairs, there is one located near the event rooms.The lift connects you to the same level as the Hampshire Suite.If you need a breakThere are quiet areas with sofas near:The sign‑in areaThe top of the stairsWe will also have a quiet room that will be signposted.If you need helpEvent staff will be available, calm, and easy to spot with purple lanyards. We will also have a Mental Health First Aider.
