Learn how embedding anti-racism can improve your recruitment processes, increase workforce diversity and attract the best candidates!
In this workshop participants will learn how to take an anti-racist and human rights-based approach to recruitment, so that they can ensure their policies and practices are inclusive for ethnic minority and other marginalised communities. Participants will leave with increased confidence to progress race equality as well as to attract and hire the best candidates for their roles.
The workshop is free to attend. Refreshments and a light lunch will be provided.
Who should attend: Anyone whose role involves human resources, management, interview panels, board members or those with an interest in progressing anti-racism in your organisation.
Aim: Participants understand how they can take an anti-racist approach to implement inclusive recruitment processes.
Objectives:
