Land Registry Update - This session will provide an update on HM Land Registry digital transformation towards becoming the worlds leading land registry for speed, simplicity and an open approach to data.

Coventry City Council - Adam will talk about the changing face of Coventry, discuss both existing and future developments, including how the changes to the City Centre and the impact of the City of Culture and Commonwealth Games will play there part in the regeneration of Coventry and influence plans going forward.

Land Registry Update - Provide an update on HM Land Registry digital transformation

Lorraine Loveday - is a stakeholder engagement manager with the HM Land Registry Local Land Chargers Program. She has worked closely with Local Authorities to prepare their data and on the pre-migration process for the transfer of local Land Charges. She is an experienced Account Manager with conveyancer and lender customers of HMLR. Lorraine was in the delivery of the digital channels Ports and Business Gateway and is now working with external stakeholders to ensure HMLR customers are prepared for the new HMLR local Land Charge service.

Coventry City Council - discuss both existing and future developments

Adam Hunt - Senior Development Executive, Coventry City Council

Adam joined Coventry in April 2018 and has been bringing forward major development schemes and regeneration projects in partnership with the private sector for over a decade.

Coventry is currently transforming its city centre through major mixed-use schemes and Adam leads the delivery of key strategic projects such as City Centre South and Eastern Green, as well as developing and delivering wider commercial development opportunities, infrastructure projects and public realm schemes.
