We are the Africa chapter of Women in Marketing (WiM), a global network of senior managers and c-suite professionals established to educate, inspire, recognise, connect and reward women (and their males advocates) in marketing, advertising, communications and other creative fields.

The Women in Marketing (CIC) Africa network in association with the Durban Chamber of Commerce and Industry bring to you an evening of networking, knowledge sharing and discussion examining the concept and complexities of INFLUENCE. Harnessing one’s own power of influence, as a vehicle for change in business, communities and society. In addition, given the shift of power from large brands and corporations to entrepreneurs and individual consumers, the event will look at influencer marketing, the myths and truths and its longevity as a valuable marketing tool.
