40% tuition fee waiver available for eligible applicants (priority to teachers in Clackmannanshire, Falkirk, Stirling, and West Lothian). Additional local authority part-funding may be available: ask your CLPL coordinator. Self-funding options also available. See UoS website for 25/26 tuition fees.

How is the programme structured and what is the time commitment?

Part-time, blended learning over three years. In-person seminars on Saturdays (09:30-15:30). Teaching runs mid-August to May/June annually. Combines seminars, self-study, online learning, and work-based components designed to accommodate working professionals. Dates etc confirmed at info session.

Years 1-2: Choose from Middle Leadership, Curriculum Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring, or Promoting Equity. Year 3: All students undertake Leading Critical Collaborative Professional Enquiry modules, leading research-informed improvements in their workplace.

CCPE is Stirling's distinctive methodology for improving professional practices through collaborative action. It involves focusing, interrupting, and sense-making phases. In Year 3, you will lead a CCPE project, driving meaningful educational change.
