Comenzaremos con un ritual guiado que parte del cuerpo como lugar de escucha. A través del movimiento, la respiración y la atención, iremos creando un espacio para conectar con nuestro mundo interno, sin buscar alcanzar ningún estado concreto. Guiado por Ana Doussinague.

Después, dejaremos que aquello que haya aparecido encuentre su forma sobre el papel: ideas, pensamientos, dibujos o trazos, sin necesidad de buscar un resultado.

Y quizá, entre todo aquello que surja, haya algo que queramos llevar con nosotrxs. La experiencia dará paso a los flash tattoos por Indiapia Tats, con una selección de diseños exclusivos creados especialmente para el encuentro: sutiles, orgánicos y minimalistas.

Una tarde para parar. Una intención para recordar. Un símbolo que llevarte contigo.

An afternoon of presence, connection & expression

We’ll begin with a guided ritual that uses the body as a space for listening. Through movement, breath and awareness, we’ll create a space to connect with our inner world, without trying to reach any particular state. Guided by Ana Doussinague.

Then, we’ll let whatever has emerged take shape on paper: ideas, thoughts, drawings or simple marks, without the need to create a specific outcome.

And perhaps, among everything that comes up, there will be something we want to carry with us. The experience will then lead into flash tattoos by Indiapia Tats, featuring a selection of exclusive designs created especially for the encounter: subtle, organic and minimalist.

An afternoon to pause. An intention to remember. A symbol to carry with you.
