Inner Dreaming Through Guided Meditation & Visualisation
A gentle evening of Meditation, Guided Visualisation and Yoga Nidra session. A space to pause, breathe, reconnect and reset for the week.
This session is designed to help you relax deeply, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your inner world in a safe and nurturing environment.
Mats, cushions and blankets will all be provided, but please feel free to bring any extra blankets, pillows or cosy items to help you feel completely comfortable.
Guided visualisation has been a powerful part of my own healing journey since childhood. Inspired by Betty Shine’s visualisations, they helped me through anxiety and low confidence and taught me how to connect with my intuition. Over the last 10 years of working in intuitive coaching and card reading, I have seen how powerful visualisation can be for healing, clarity, direction and manifestation. Like any practice, it deepens over time, helping you strengthen trust in yourself, access intuitive answers, and create positive shifts from within.
We will also experience Yoga Nidra, often known as “yogic sleep”. A deeply restorative guided meditation practice that allows the body to fully relax while the mind enters a calm, healing state between wakefulness and sleep. It can help reduce stress, improve sleep, calm the nervous system and bring a deep sense of peace and restoration.
Whether you are completely new to meditation or already on your spiritual journey, this session is a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and simply receive. ✨
