Inner Exploration Sound Bathing Experience

I would love to invite you to the first short series of sound bathing for 2026.

I will host 2 sound bathing experiences just outside Crossgar, Co. Down, both are open to all.

These experiences will kindly and compassionately invite you to turn your attention towards yourself, to slow down, relax and honor your body, mind and emotions.

No experience of sound bathing is necessary as I will guide you through the whole experience - please do let me know if you are fitted with a pacemaker or are medicating for epilepsy.There will be a yoga mat and a blanket there for each person but please do bring;

• Another yoga mat if you have one - the more comfortable you are the better.
• A cushion for you head and maybe even one for under your knees too
• A cover for your eyes - a scarf or similar will do perfectly
• A drink for after to help you ground yourself
