As the nights draw in and the year leans toward winter, we gather in ceremony to let go of what no longer serves and to remember our inner flame.
This circle is a journey into self-appreciation. Shame so often holds us back from seeing our worth, we’ve been taught not to think too highly of ourselves, to focus on flaws instead of gifts. But appreciating ourselves is not arrogance, it’s recognition. When we recognise our value, we rise into a higher frequency and the world reflects that back to us.
Over 4 hours we will move through a story together, settling into the cocoon of safety, meeting and breaking through old limitations, emerging with wings of self-recognition and celebrating your inner flame.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, connected, and resourced. Carrying a spark of warmth and self-appreciation into the darker season.
What to expect
Over 4 hours, you’ll be guided through a carefully held ceremonial journey:
- Regulate
Grounding breathwork, shaking off tension and whole-body reconnection to settle the nervous system and arrive safely in the body. - Release
Guided movement into the shadow to meet self-judgement; free expression through dance and sound to release what no longer serves. - Recognise
Reconnect with your value, reflection journalling, sharing your truth to recognise your worth and honour your beauty. - Rise
Celebration dance, empowerment-card ritual and closing circle to embody joy, appreciate yourself fully and reconnect with your inner flame.
Practical information
Who it’s for: Women of all ages and bodies. No prior experience needed.
Bring: Water, journal & pen, blanket & cushion (if you’d like extra comfort).
Wear: Clothes you can move in comfortably and something that helps you feel gorgeous in yourself.
Accessibility: Seated options are offered throughout. Everything is invitational and consent-based, with invitations to sit, lie down or move at your own pace.

Alongside Standard tickets are £44 I am also offering some supported tickets (£33), supported tickets are reserved for women who feel a call to attend but need support financially to join.
