Inner Journey Breathwork Group

Awaken your potential and reconnect with your life force through the breath.

Breathwork is a simple and gentle way to improve your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. The beauty of breath is that it’s always available.

This monthly group will offer a gentle style of breathwork called Conscious Connected Breath, which originates from Rebirthing Breathwork. This process activates the inner healing intelligence of the body and helps you to reconnect to yourself.

This style of Breathwork will involve sitting on cushions at the start, and lying down on mats and will be combined with and inspirational music, to create a transformational experience. You may simply connect more fully with your body and breath, or you may start to release old patterns of thinking or behaviour. It can be a great detox and reset.

This group will meet monthly. Please note that there are some considerations to participating in breathwork, so a consent form will be sent on booking. Please contact Jen at hello@jenwoodwellbeing.com with any questions.

About the Group Facilitator: Jen Wood

Jen is a Coach, Compassion Focused Therapist, Mindfulness and Breathwork Group Facilitator teacher and supervisor who has more than 20 years of experience in this field. She has led a range of therapy and wellbeing services and now works in private practice. Jen discovered Breathwork as part of Mindfulness in her late 20’s to manage chronic pain, and it is now an important tool to support her ADHD. She is an accredited psychological therapist (BABCP), EMDR practitioner, coach (ICF PCC & EMCC Senior Practitioner), supervisor and Mindfulness Teacher (Mindfulness Association & BAMBA). She is trained and insured to offer Conscious Connected Breathing and SOMA Breath. Her website is jenwoodwellbeing.com.
