Studio Upstairs is an arts and wellbeing charity working in London for almost 30 years. Studio Upstairs aims to provide holistic support to adults who are experiencing enduring mental or emotional difficulties. We offer access to artist studios and a therapeutic community for improved wellbeing for our members. We have studios in East London (Dalston), South London (Croydon) and Bristol as part of our overall aim to create a network of safe and local studios for those who need them.

We are really excited to share with you a fantastic collection of artwork created by members and studio managers while at Studio Upstairs in Croydon.The Exhibition will be up until November 15th, and will show a diverse array of medium, technique and subject matter. Studio Upstairs Croydon offers a therapeutic creative community to those experiencing or living with mental ill health. This is achieved by providing an arts studio, managed by art therapists two days each week, for members to create in. INNER WORLDS at Croydon Arts Store's LOFT gallery space, Thursday 7th November, 5 pm - 8 pmWe are also really pleased that Community Choir The Singing Tree will be performing!
