ENRICH is the European Network of Research and Innovation Centres and Hubs in Brazil, working to enhance cooperation in research, technology and entrepreneurship between Europe and Brazil.'ENRICH' is an initiative of the European Union, executed in Brazil by the CEBRABIC project that has received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme. INNOVATION BOOTCAMP (EU)
Malaga, Spain
 
A 1.5 day intensive programme which includes training and coaching sessions, developing global competences for the Brazilian market and setting up a business in Brazil. Participants will be provided the skills and knowledge for developing their ideas, sustainable business modelling, partner finding, legal advice and much more!
 
This ‘ENRICH in Brazil’ Innovation Bootcamp is aimed at European researchers, R&I start-ups and companies looking to expand business to Brazil or to start collaboration with Brazilian entities.
Participants will gain valuable insights and business skills, some of which will be orientated towards Brazil and with a focus on this bilateral EU-Brazil interaction but many of the sessions will provide essential information and takeaways to be applied to business in general, such as how to pitch an idea/product effectively or business modelling.

ABOUT THE LOCATION
The ‘ENRICH in Brazil’ Innovation Bootcamp will be held in Malaga, Andalucia. Thanks to its privileged natural setting between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains ensures Malaga enjoys one of the best climates in Spain and in Europe. Due to this, Malaga is well known for being a popular holiday location on the coast in the south of Spain, but it is also a hub for innovation and business, hosting many technology related events, and has Smart City status. Málaga is also home to the Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía (PTA) [Andalucia Technology Park], a high-quality location in which to set up SMEs and large businesses.
Málaga airport has the fourth highest volume of passengers in Spain and offers direct connections to the whole of Europe, America and some cities on other continents. The city of Málaga is well-connected to the national transport networks as well as to the high-speed train line (the AVE), connecting it with the rest of the country. More and more companies from the industrial and services sectors are setting up in this area, thus contributing to the creation of a strong industrial infrastructure.
The city has a young and dynamic university with over 40,000 students, 20 faculties and higher education institutions, amongst which those devoted to Information and Manufacturing Technologies are particularly noteworthy.
The tourist and commercial port has served as an entrance to the city throughout its history. Algeciras container port (the largest in Spain) is only a short distance away by road.
Málaga and its surroundings offer excellent living conditions, including the beaches of the Costa del Sol, and is located close to the nature reserves of the Serranía de Ronda,, the ski resort of Sierra Nevada and many other towns and areas of great touristic acclaim.
