Please join us for a seminar with a panel of experts highlighting how to achieve and maintain inner and outer wellbeing on the 23rd of March from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at The Lansdowne Club.
Our panel includes the following experts in nutrition, yoga and skin health:
Shakiba Rangoonwala B.A (Hons), RS Hom, Dip ION
Shakiba is a Homeopath and Nutritional Therapist - currently studying naturopathy. Her area of particular interest is health with a functional medicine approach, treating the body as a whole, focussing on prevention rather than cure. Shakiba uses a Bio-resonance devise called Asyra in her practice which bodyscans you non-invasively and amongst other tests, it can pick up food sensitivities. She focuses on diet and lifestyle and advises on the nutritional and supplementary needs for the individual requirements.
Neeta Naidoo, expert in Iyengar, Kundalini and Vinyasa forms of Yoga
Neeta has over 17 years of experience in training and teaching. Having had the privilege of studying with internationally acclaimed teachers, she is a highly-respected yoga instructor in London specialising in Iyengar and Kundalini Yoga and the creative movement of Vinyasa Flow. Following major back surgery, yoga practice helped her develop strength and overall wellbeing. These elements are reflected in her classes. Drawing influence from a wide range of yoga styles, Neeta continues to be inspired by the study and subject of Yoga, her teachers and students. Her teaching style is direct yet compassionate and her balanced nurturing approach uplifting.
Dr. Rabia Malik MRCGP, MBBS, BSc (Med), DCH, DRCOG, DFSRH, DHMSA
