Manchester UNESCO City of Literature’s  Festival of Libraries, the county-wide celebration of Greater Manchester’s 133 libraries, returns with a full live programme of events 10-14th June 2026.

<p>Mike was born in Salford and has worked in music and entertainment his whole life. He&#x27;s extremely passionate about grassroots politics and the democracy of libraries as free public spaces. We can&#x27;t wait to hear what he&#x27;s got to say at this special Festival of Libraries event.</p><p>PLEASE NOTE: The price of tickets are purchasable on a &quot;pay what you can&quot; basis. The choice of incremental price of ticket does not determine the quality of ticket purchased; this is a simply a measure put in place to accommodate for individual financial circumstances. The price may appear different on Eventbrite due to the company taking a percentage of the ticket sales. </p>
