Mae’r amgylchiadau y ceisiwn weithredu ynddynt yn newid yn gyflym, mae’r pyst yn symud yn barhaus ac mae gofyn cynyddol i ni ddysgu wrth weithio ac addasu wrth i ni fynd yn ein blaenau. Gall hyn brofi’n her wirioneddol yng nghyd-destun gwerthuso. Sut gall ein gwerthusiadau ein grymuso i fod yn ymatebol, dal yr anhysbys anhysbys, a gwneud hynny tra’n cynhyrchu data cadarn, dibynadwy a darparu profiad cadarnhaol i bawb sydd ynghlwm â nhw? Yn y sesiwn ryngweithiol hon, byddwn yn dysgu rhagor ynglŷn â theori cymhlethdod a’i berthynas â’r byd ansicr sydd ohoni. Byddwn yn archwilio dulliau gwerthuso cyfranogol a datblygol, ac yn clywed gan y rheini sydd wedi rhoi dulliau o’r fath ar waith yn eu gwaith nhw’u hunain mewn amgylcheddau cymhleth ac ansicr. Bydd y digwyddiad yng ngofal Mike Corcoran, Ymgynghorydd Cyswllt gyda Rhwydwaith Cydgynhyrchu Cymru. Mike yw arweinydd gwerthuso’r rhwydwaith ac ef arweiniodd ddatblygiad eu fframwaith werthuso ‘Mesur yr hyn sy’n Bwysig’ ynghyd â datblygiad y dull ‘Cwestiynau Syml’ gyda CGGC. Y digwyddiad hwn, a gynhelir mewn partneriaeth â Rhwydwaith Cydgynhyrchu Cymru, yw’r pedwerydd mewn cyfres o bump. Nid digwyddiad cychwynnol yw hwn a thybir y bydd gan y sawl sy’n cymryd rhan lefel sylfaenol o wybodaeth. ________________________________________________<h1>Evaluation and Complexity</h1>How to evaluate in emerging, rapidly changing and complex environments.Tuesday 19 January, 1pm – 3pmThe fourth in our new Inspiring Impact events programme will explore developmental and participatory evaluation approaches and techniques and their relevance to evaluation in emerging, rapidly changing and complex environments.<h2>Content</h2>The world is becoming less certain. The circumstances in which we are operating are rapidly changing, the goalposts are continually moving and we are increasingly required to learn on the job and adapt as we go along. This can present a real challenge when it comes to evaluation. How can our evaluations empower us to be responsive, capture the unknown unknowns, and do so whilst producing robust and reliable data and delivering a positive experience to all those they involve?In this highly interactive session, we will learn more about complexity theory and its relationship to the uncertain world we find ourselves in. We will explore participatory and developmental evaluation approaches, and hear from those who have put such approaches into practice in their own work in complex and uncertain environments. The event will be hosted by Mike Corcoran, Associate Consultant with the Co-production Network for Wales. Mike is the Network's evaluation lead, led the development of their 'Measuring What Matters' evaluation framework, and the development of the 'Simple Questions' approach with WCVA. This event held in partnership with the Co-Production Network for Wales is the fourth in a series of five. To get the most benefit out of the programme we recommend attending all the events. <h2>Who the session is for?</h2> Anyone interested in developing good impact and evaluation practice in their organisation. These events are designed to give people the opportunity to explore different aspects impact and evaluation practice in more depth.
