We’ll cover the key things to consider when setting up a business profile, how to optimise your bio, how to structure your page, and how to use pinned posts to clearly communicate what you offer.

You’ll also learn simple ways to connect with other local businesses, engage with your community, and start promoting your products or services in a natural and authentic way.

This is a relaxed, practical session, so please bring your phone or iPad. Whether you’re starting from scratch or trying to get your page off the ground, you’ll have the opportunity to work on your profile during the workshop and create some of your first posts with guidance and support.
