About Your Trainer - Beryl PettittI love working with small business owners and schools to grow their business and help them get to grips with marketing.I enjoy showing people that marketing is not that complicated, and just how they can make it work for their business.As a business-owner myself, I understand how hard it is to make time for marketing when you are busy working in your business. I will work with you to help you overcome this, and find the marketing methods that work best for you and your business.Since establishing Ridgeway Marketing in 2006, I have mentored, advised and trained several hundred businesses to improve their marketing – from brewers to cafes, accountants to consultants.I have an MA in Marketing and the Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma in Marketing. Struggling with Instagram? Not sure how to get more followers? Or which hashtags you should be using?
If so, this half day workshop will help you get Instagram working for your business. We answer your Instagram questions including:
•             Why Use Instagram?
•             What can I post about?
•             Which hashtags # should I use?
•             What are IGTV, Lives and Stories?
•             What is the Instagram algorithm?
•             How do I get more engagement and comments?
•             How do I create links?
•             What are Business accounts and Instagram Shopping?
•             How can I schedule posts to Instagram?
Tea and coffee will be available from 9am, and the workshop will start at 9.30am. 
Some of the workshop will be hands-on so please bring your own phone and a laptop. This is a beginners workshop but please install the Instagram app on your phone and create your account before the workshop. The group size is limited to 12, so there is plenty of time to support everyone in the group.
