About this event
Tutorial session open to both our existing and potential users who want to find out more about how to use features in integrate
In this session we will cover;
integrateCRM module
Info Hub
integrate’s InfoHub allows you to easily share the right documents with your team and customers.
The documents section provides a central place to store pdf documents. Anything from brochures, sectional details to product certificates. The images section allows you to store hardware images that customers want to see and also examples of jobs you have done or shots of your factory and workforce. The best thing is that you update the info hub once and its live with all users. You can even attach images and documents easily to emails to customers.
Task and Reminders
Upgrades to integrate’s CRM module tasks and reminders functions. These can be linked to enquiries and orders and so you have all the information at hand to help you get the job done. Now you can allocate tasks to other members of the team and view task lists filtered by user. There is also role management so that you can allow users to see all tasks or just their team’s tasks. There is also a handy list showing which tasks have been recently completed.

Range switch
integrate’s drawing board can be configured with ranges. This allows you to draw a window design and switch between ranges at a touch of a button. Doing this automatically updates the details such as sections, rebates sizes, glass and hardware. You can even switch from timber to another material. Our users have told us that this is very useful but sometimes you want to retain certain details such as special paint. The range switch now includes checkboxes which allow users to retain these details when switching ranges.
Additional Production Drawing Options
Recent developments allow companies to specify which kinds of dimensions they want to display on new joinery sheets .
For frames new rulers show the distance between jambs and mullions for all frame types. Glass rebate sizes can also be shown on the drawing with the option of glass sight lines too.
In this session we will explain the changes and how to display the options you want.
