<H3 CLASS="MsoNormal">Got the basics covered but now you want to work on putting the obstacles together and getting a better flow? You want to start looking at more complex skills and trickier transitions? If the above is you then read on… </H3>
This Training Day has been designed with Intermediates in mind who want to move to the next level with their OCR Skills. You can do the Rings but now you want to start increasing your flow. You can Foot Lock, but how can you make that more efficient. How can you can make Nunachucks easy?? It works in the dry but how can I make it work in the wet? All training will be done in a controlled, safe environment to in order to ensure full confidence when tackling the obstacles. There will be no pressure for you to do everything but we support you all the way to ensure you get the absolute most out of the day. This will be a great day with so many goals being smashed by the end of it. You will leave with a real sense of achievement and improvement as well as masses of confidence going into your next event. So if you want to build confidence and move up to the next level then make sure you get booked on or get in touch. This will be perfect for you to see what areas of strength/skill you need to work on in order to progress ready for next year’s races. Please note that this is purely a skills workshop and does not include fitness training. To ensure we can maximise the quality of our coaching there will be a maximum of 12 on the day.
