The 8th sense is something we all have within us, but for many people it can be difficult to access. In a world that keeps us constantly thinking, planning and doing, we often lose touch with what is happening inside the body. This is especially common in more type A personalities, where life is lived mainly in the mind rather than in feeling.This workshop is designed to help reconnect with that inner awareness. Through gentle yoga movements and guided breathwork, we will gradually shift attention away from the outside world and into the body. The practices are simple but powerful, helping you slow down, feel more deeply, and develop a stronger connection with your internal world.Over the session we will explore how movement and breath can open the door to this deeper sense of awareness, allowing you to experience the body, the breath and the mind in a more connected way.Please bring a Yoga mat if you have one, if you don’t please let me know. Chai and cake will be served after as always!
