Through this webcast we will explain what intersectionality really means and how we can all take an intersectional approach to building a more diverse and inclusive workplace. Intersectionality is a way of us understanding how the many aspects of a person’s identity overlap, including their race, gender identity, faith, sexual orientation, class and more. It helps us to understand the multiple layers of oppression a person can experience and what that means for people in the workplace and society.We are excited to have lined up a dynamic trio of inspirational speakers and high-profile LGBTQ+ activists. Please join us as we welcome Lady Phyll, Kenny Ethan-Jones and Reverend Father Jide Macaulay, who will share how their identities have shaped their life experiences and personal journeys.EY and Lloyds Banking Group share the same commitment to creating an environment where all colleagues feel able to bring their authentic selves to the workplace. Understanding what this means through an intersectional lens will help us to accelerate our efforts.
