 Intro Class - March

Solstar is a women lead fight sports club providing self defence and fitness for everyone on the left. We train Boxing, Muay Thai and Mixed martial arts as well as self defence and ground work. We aim to make martial arts training affordable for all.

This is the March intro class. We will do the induction from 7pm - 8pm then the newcomers will join the main class from 8pm if they wish. The Intro class and 1st class on the same day is free. 
You will be required to fill out a form and disclaimer on arrival. The Intro class covers all aspects of joining Solstar and you will only need to attend one class to then join either Thursdays or Tuesdays.
