The Centre for Entrepreneurship (C4E) aims: a) to foster a culture of innovative entrepreneurship andto develop relevant expertise within the entire University community; b) to provide high-quality services and manage the connections required to bring scientific innovations and novel ideas to global marketplaces, and c) to contribute to the creation of a sustainable innovation ecosystem in Cyprus. C4E aspires to provide the training, expertise, mentorship, support and connections that UCY’s students and young scientists need to become effective entrepreneurs.

An introduction to a free easy-to-use online software, called Tinkercad

Building XOD 02, Room  B104  - University of Cyprus

Participants will be introduced to a free easy-to-use online software, called Tinkercad. Through Tinkercad they will be taught the basics of 3D Design by creating a real 3D model. The workshop is intended for anyone that has no knowledge of 3D Design.The Speaker: Odysseas Economides received his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Cyprus. Former product manager of the leading portal Ergodotisi and Deliveryman. He is the founder and director of ROBO (www.robo.com.cy), a startup that focuses on building innovative electronics and robotics platforms aimed for education, research and entertainment. Member of Lakatamia Makerspace and graduate of European Innovation Academy. Odysseas is also a C4E Mentor.
