About our hosts:

Larhysa Saddul is a versatile actress specialising in comedy, with a passion for improvisation and devising. After earning a BA Hons in Acting and Global Theatre, she built a career spanning stage, screen, musicals, commercials, and award-winning web series like The VV Vlog: How to Be a Feminist.

Beyond acting, Larhysa has directed short films, facilitated workshops, and written for stage productions, including Newsrevue, the “world's longest-running theatre show”. She also performed and contributed to its 5-star-rated Edinburgh Fringe run.

Most recently, she starred as the Evil Stepmother in Cinder’aaliyah alongside BBC’s Abdullah Afzal. Passionate about the arts, Larhysa uses her skills to bring people together, spark creativity, and spread joy.

Afari is a community facilitator passionate about creating spaces where queer individuals can show up authentically. With a love for theatre and improv, they champion it as a tool for self-expression, connection, and play.

Dedicated to building confidence and inclusivity, Afari fosters environments that spark fun and creativity. Whether on stage or in community spaces, they believe in improv’s power to unite, break barriers, and encourage spontaneity - ensuring everyone has a space to explore, take risks, and shine.
