About this event

  • 1 day 3 hours

Join us for a 2-day workshop, for photographers with DSLR, Mirrorless, or Bridge cameras. Working with an experienced event photographer, you'll explore your own camera and what it can do - experimenting with shutter speeds, ISO, and aperture; along with lighting, composition, mood, and subject.

Day 1/ Meet at A House for Artists at 11am. Learn how to adjust your camera setings; and discover the exposure triangle, depth of field, compositions, and how to work with light.

Day 2/ Meet outside the Classic Car Boot Sale at Kings Cross at 10:30am - a great place to put into practice what you have learnt on day 1.

For the best experience, participants will join for both days - your ticket will book you in for both. Please note that entry to the Classic Car Boot Sale is £5, payable on entry.

Participants must bring their own DSLR, Mirrorless, or Bridge cameras, at least one fully charged battery and a memory card with a good amount of space on it; this workshop is designed for participants who already have a basic understanding of how to change aperture/shutter speed & ISO - join us to develop further skills!

Please note that this workshop is designed for participants 18 and older.
