Introduction to Code of Practice for Statistics edition 3.0, 12/11/25, 12-1pm
This Autumn the refreshed Code of Practice for Statistics – Code 3.0 – goes live!
The Office for Statistics Regulation (OSR) would like to say thank you for the excellent collaboration we have received from across the statistics system, and beyond, in developing this latest Code.
Code 3.0 supports our collective aim to continually evolve and improve the production, dissemination and onward communication of high-quality statistics, data and wider analysis. It continues to promote a collaborative, open, and accessible approach, which enables statistics and data to provide insight, inform understanding and shape action – in short, to serve the public good.
Join our on-line learning seminars to find out more about Code 3.0 and how you can play your part in embedding Trustworthiness, Quality, and Value (TQV) throughout the lifecycle of statistics. OSR are offering four sessions: one to introduce the new Code, then three further sessions that unpack each of the core principles of the Code in turn. These sessions are aimed primarily at those involved in the production of statistics and analysis.
