We are a social enterprise consultancy and voluntary peer learning network of women social entrepreneurs, innovators and leaders who have developed a model to make support, learning and development of women more inspiring and accessible.  We support women through peer learning, intensive support, connection brokering, crowdsourcing and investment.

An information session and introduction to the FREE programme we are running throughout 2021 - 2022 to strengthen the Women's Support sector

Following on from a consultation we carried out last year involving 200 diverse women, including 80 women&#x27;s support organisations, we have diverted resources to meet the needs and recommendations we heard which include:<ul><li>Building capacity and financial sustainability of women&#x27;s support organisations</li><li>Raising awareness of services, developing connections and effective referrals</li><li>Increasing influencing and effective policy shaping</li><li>Developing Leadership and Enterprise skills</li><li>Collaborating to create new tools and resources</li><li>Supporting a wide range of organisations to meet the needs of diverse communities</li></ul>Our forthcoming &#x27;Ellii&#x27; programme aims to develop Enterprise Learning, Leadership, Innovation and Influencing skills across grassroots and larger organisations providing diverse women&#x27;s support services.
