Free introductory talk - learn the authentic Kriya Yoga passed on by an unbroken lineage of realized masters.

The ancient science of Kriya Yoga handed down by the unbroken Lineage of the Masters can be learned and experienced in Warsaw, Poland.

Lecture will be led by Swami Karunananda Giri, an authorized Kriya Yoga teacher in this great lineage.

This talk is an introduction to Kriya Yoga. One will get to know about its meaning, practical application and benefits:

• how to stay calm and focused
• how to control the mind
• how to live a balanced live
  

After the lecture on Friday 23.01.2026, there will be an opportunity to learn and practice Kriya Yoga meditation techniqes on the following days: 24 & 25.01.202.

Lecture and the entire weekend program will be held in English language and translated into Polish language.
