A workshop introducing a few Buddhist practices that will help you in your everyday lives.

Bright Earth Temple

This workshop will be facilitated by Kaspa &amp; Satya who run the temple in Malvern. It will include instruction and background to meditation, chanting mantras, bowing and making offerings and how we might experiment with these ancient practices in our everyday life (and how they might help us). We will have a go at some of these practices, and there will also be time for questions. 

All are welcome, whether you have some experience of Buddhism or if you&#x27;re a complete beginner - we are a friendly bunch here! There will be a handout and a list of further resources including our free online course if you&#x27;re interested in further study. 

Places will be limited to 12.
