We've been baking at home for ages and have been running our weekly Micro Bakery, selling bread to our local community, since 2015.
Come and learn some new skills, both in person and online!

Sara Ward will welcome you to Hen Corner with fresh coffee and homemade treats. After an introduction to our time together you will have opportunity to stroll around the garden visiting the chickens and bees, then back to the kitchen to get busy baking…As seen at the <a href="https://www.countrylivingfair.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Country Living Spring Fair</a>Join us as we usher in Spring and roll up our sleeves for some seasonal baking. Whilst the aromas of warm baking fills the air, we will enjoy a simple lunch to fuel us for the tasks of the afternoon.We are pleased to bring you this London Easter baking course.Recipes for the day may include:<ul><li>Hot Cross Buns</li><li>Easter Apricot Couronne - Great Taste Award</li><li>Mini Egg Cupcakes</li></ul>Everyone goes home with their hand made bakes, recipe sheets and the confidence to make more at home.
