In this introductory workshop, you’ll learn what EFT is, how it works, and how to use it safely on yourself for everyday stress, anxiety and emotional overwhelm. You’ll leave with a simple technique that you can use anywhere, anytime.
This is a beginner-friendly session with space to ask questions and practise together in a supportive environment.
