The purpose of my work is to help people to find their unique qualities and gifts, to support them in being radiant in their mind, body and soul.I specialise in Aromatherapy, Sound Healing, Indian Head Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, Theta Healing. I make personalised vibrational remedies in the form of Personalised Essential Oils Blends or Batch Flower Remedies. I am a qualified Doula, working antenatally with expectant parents, a member of various “conscious birth” organisations.For the past few years I have been running regular Sound Bath Meditations and facilitating Cacao Ceremonies. I have deep passion for working in ceremonial format.During the many years of practice and skill development I have learned to work with and combine a wide spectrum of therapeutic tools, always adjusting my approach according to the individual needs and addressing all aspects of human wellbeing – the physical, emotional and spiritual, creating a beautiful healing environment for deep relaxation, health, meditation, personal development, transformation and exploration of the sacred.I have a lifelong passion and love for music. I am a devoted Kora player and composer, as well as trained and certified Sound Massage Therapist (Peter Hess Institute). Through free ongoing support we teach how to work with your oils and become your own natural pharmacist, so you can look after yourself and your loved ones. The quality and vibration of the oils I teach about is exceptional . They are 100% pure and therefore very potent and effective.During the class we will look into your health goals and how specific oils can help you to achieve them. We will learn about the basic science behind Essential Oils and understand why working with oils is so beneficial.
