This session is led by Andrew Shepherd, a strategic income generation and fundraising expert currently working as part of Wandsworth’s London Borough of Culture team. He led the transformation of Theatre503’s business model, doubling their fundraised income through individuals, statutory and trusts, and has led on a range of income strategies for diverse charities and commercial businesses include the introduction of a philanthropic investment model currently being evaluated by Arts Council England as a shareable model of funding in the sector.

This online training session will be hosted on Microsoft Teams and run for 1 hr 30 mins, with a 5 minute screen break after the first 40 minutes.
