After the overwhelming response to the first session, Argyll &amp; Bute Third Sector Interface is delighted to bring 3 more online sessions on GDPR with Tim Musson, Managing Director of Computer Law Training LTD.

This sessions will cover the following:

What is personal data in your charity?
Who does it relate to?
Is any of it really sensitive?
What do you use it for and how do you justify its use?
How long can you keep it?
Where do you keep it and where can you keep it?
What do you have to tell people? … let’s write a privacy notice
What is a subject access request … and what do we do? How about a procedure?
Do you need policies?
What could go wrong?
Places are limited and will be offered to the waiting list first. Please note that only 1 person per organisation is permitted to attend. The session will be held on Zoom and a link will be sent the day before.
