Every One Every Day is an ambitious project with people at its heart, making it easier for neighbours to connect through free practical, every day activities that everyone can enjoy.  Working alongside the residents of Kirkcaldy, Burntisland, Kinghorn and Auchtertool, we're bringing people, places and resources together so that the whole community can take part and thrive. What we'll do in this session...This is a relaxed, friendly journalling session. We will have time to not only make your own handstitched journal but also learn how to use it as a tool to explore and use as a mindful and creative activity on a regular basis for your wellbeing.This session is about exploring your thoughts and feelings, enjoying writing as a reflective practice creating a safe, supportive space for your own voice.If you have questions about any of our activities please get in touch with our friendly team at EveryOneEveryDay@Corra.scot or message 07542609623.This is a free session led by local residents as part of the Every One Every Day Spring calendar of events.
