Join us for a workshop of learning to jump on Sat Jan 24, 2024, at Sanquhar Woodlands Mountain Bike Trails. Whether you're a complete jumping beginner, or you are managing to get into the air but not sure how, this event is perfect for you.Learning to jump is tricky, so I will guide you through the fundamentals of getting the wheels off the ground, focusing on the three basic ingredients required for a safe and solid launch. You'll gain confidence and learn how to safely catch air while maintaining control and balance.Throughout the workshop, you'll have plenty of opportunities to practice your newfound skills on specially designed jump features. Don't worry if you're new to jumping; I will provide individualized attention to ensure you progress at your own pace.Get ready for an exciting workshop of thrills (no spills) as you build confidence with the art of jumping.
