Our 2 -hour course designed to provide overview of the background of Lean, some of the principles and the tools on offer:

• What is 'Lean' and when to use it

• What is waste and what it looks like

• Lean tools and techniques

• Methods to implement lean (VSM, Kaizen Event, Campaign Room, Huddle)

As an awareness level course there is no need for any previous understanding of Lean. The is a gateway course into many others such as Lean and Agile Business Methods. 

Our approach to this 2 hours course is both interactive and collaborative, the group of participants will experience a mixture of:

• Knowledge sharing from trainer on Lean and Continuous Improvement

• Interactive videos and Q&A’s on key topics shared

• Collaborative simulations and exercises to help cement the learnings

• Individual reflection time and what next activities

The end goal is for participants to leave with an awareness of terminology, intended uses and benefits for each technique and some ideas for practical application in their own real world situation.
