Do you issue refunds?

Things happen, so therefore we will offer a full refund 48hours before event starts.

Will my child get messy?

We ask all parents to dress their children appropriately. We are not liable for any damage to clothes or possession's. The ink is not washable so old clothes are advisable.

Do you have a DBS and insurance?

The short answer to this is Yes! These are available to parents on request.

Is there a cut off time to purchase tickets?

Tickets sales will be closed 12 hours before the event. After this parents will need to contact me via message or email.

What happens next?

After booking you will receive an email, confirming your booking. It will also have a booking form attached. This will need to be completed before the event begins.
