About this trainingThis course will cover the principles of project management including:Knowing how to plan a project The different project phases Important factors in project management Reviewing a project / evaluating Introducing this new accredited training, funded through the European Social Fund, where you will complete one unit of a Level 2 qualification! Session LeadAnne-Marie Swift - Business Advisor &amp; Facilitator @ The Women&#x27;s OrganisationMy best days are spent working with professional business executives, entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and influencers to help them get connected and grow themselves and their businesses. I do this through 1-2-1 meetings, facilitating courses, and providing the tools and know-how to create and grow fantastic businesses. I work with startups &amp; growth businesses across the North West and I am an Associate Tutor working in the Business School at Edge Hill University with a focus on leadership and management development, as well as coaching and mentoring.
