Join Our Introduction to Mindfulness Course!

✨ Mindfulness has its roots in ancient contemplative practices and offers valuable tools for becoming more familiar with the mind 🧠, learning to relate to it with greater awareness, balance, and skill.

🌿 Learning Focus

The learning centres around core mindfulness practices explored during each session. You are encouraged to carry these practices into your daily life between sessions—and continue using them long after the course has ended.

🧘‍♀️ Session 1 – Attention

Attention shapes our experience of life. Through mindfulness training, we learn to intentionally choose where our attention goes and how we meet each moment. Attention is a core life skill we rely on every day ✨.

🔍 Session 2 – Perspective: Learning New Ways of Being

Mindfulness practice begins by gently gathering the scattered mind and cultivating stable attention. From this place of awareness, we learn to observe the inner climate of the mind and body—perhaps noticing tension or ease, excitement or fear, clarity or drifting 🌬️.

💛 Session 3 – Responding Skilfully

Turning toward experience with curiosity and kindness allows a different response to emerge. With practice, we learn to pause, step back, and respond more skilfully—building confidence and inner resilience. We begin to notice the mind’s habits: what it attends to automatically, what we can consciously choose, and which patterns we strengthen or release 🌱. This is profound work, shaping not only the mind but the way we live. Mindfulness creates space to respond wisely and live with greater intention.

🛠️ What’s Included

Each session includes guided practices, reflective discussion, and practical tools to support everyday life.
