Multi-Me is a secure platform for people with learning disabilities and their circle of people that support them in their daily lives. We have been given the opportunity to invite parents and carers in Wales to explore this platform to keep you and your support networks more connected. This platform includes a range of accessible tools designed to give you and your loved one a voice and have control over your life!
