A 3-hour masterclass for coaches bringing to life Nancy Kline's Thinking Environment

“One of the most valuable gifts we can offer each other is the framework in which to think for ourselves” – Nancy KlineIn this masterclass, we will explore together the content and structure of the ten components of the Thinking Environment. We shall see the power of thinking and where it can take us when we are being truly listened to. We will practically apply the four building block applications and have the opportunity to work in Thinking Pairs, Rounds and Open Discussion. We will also discover how to transform meetings and working with groups using a Thinking Environment.How will the session work?This is a small, online, group workshop for a max of ten people. Hosted on Zoom, some pre-work will be provided, followed by the slides after the session as a memory aid.About RobRob has a passion for working with leaders to reflect and build on their levels of influence and to develop a mindset of empowerment and improvement from top to bottom of organisations.

His 20 years’ experience includes leading on a wide range of development programmes for leaders at all levels of organisations, with a particular focus on delivering work that is meaningful to the participant and adds real value.

Rob works as an Executive Coach and Mentor across the UK. Qualified in MBTI, FIRO B and motivational interviewing amongst others, Rob uses creative approaches to complement his style, helping people thrive in their roles and achieve their full potential.
Rob lectures on different academic programmes including the MBA, Masters and PG Certificate and also works in consultative roles with private, public and third sectors organisations.
