Frequently asked questions

What is the Family Childcare Environment Rating Scale [FCCERS]?

The FCCERS is a tool used to assess the quality of home based care settings. It helps us to reflect on and refine provision and practice to support children's development.

Do I have to attend both sessions?

Yes! The course uses evidence-based professional development. Each bite-size session builds on the last, with a gap between sessions to help you try out the approach with children in your care.

What if I book a place but then my circumstances change, and I can no longer attend?

We understand that circumstances can change, and you will automatically be refunded if you cancel your place via Eventbrite at least 14 days before the start of the course.
