Pattern adaptions

  • What is a block, and why is it important?
  • Learn to create various skirt adaptations in ½ scale: flared skirt, wrap skirt, yoke with panels, circular skirt and skirt with godets
  • How to properly label and mark individual pattern pieces with symbols and notches
  • If time permits, create a toile to test your pattern
  • Please bring appropriate woven fabric for your toile
