PEAT Outcome - Relevant legal knowledge

OBJECTIVES

Whilst the definition of permanence is “remaining to the end” what it means in the legal sense is the change in a parent child relationship that can take many forms. It can mean the end of the relationship or the change of that relationship to one which ideally better suits the needs of the child at the centre of the process.

This webinar will be a general overview of the legal process involved and will provide guidance on what to expect and what you can do when advising clients facing this life changing court process.

DELEGATES

This Zoom webinar will be of interest to trainee solicitors, newly qualified solicitors, and anyone seeking a comprehensive refresher on key legal topics.
